Abstract

Method of molecular dynamics study of the crowdion interaction with the boundary of the bimetal. It is established that the collision crowdion with misfit dislocations at the boundary of the bimetal is generated by the longitudinal wave, which can lead to directional drift of vacancies in the border bimetal.
