In this paper we studied the microstructure of diffusional coatings based on boron and titanium, obtained by in different plasters. From EDS analysis is determined the elemental composition of diffusion coatings. Is compared of influence the elemental composition and microstructure on the life of hardened on the proposed technology of knifes in the conditions of abrasive wear in sulfuric acid solution.
