Abstract

The dependence of acoustic emission parameters  of titanium alloy VT1-0 from  mechanical testing temperature was studied, at temperatures ranging from 20 to 400 ° C. It was shown that the acoustic parameters are substantially dependent on the deformation mechanisms occurring during testing. Increasing the temperature of mechanical tests leads to a change of deformation mechanisms that leads to a decrease of the amplitude of acoustic emission signals and acoustic activity in general.
