Abstract

The paper reports on experimental study of the structure and microhardness of Fe-30%Cr8%Co hard magnetic alloy under comlex two-stage loading by tension and torsion . It was found that at all temperatures strain formed a gradient structure with a minimum grain size on the outer layer of the cylindrical surface of the sample. It is shown that the most effective grain size reduction occurs at a temperature of 800 º C.
