Abstract

Structure of a photoresistor with a film of a polyaniline derivative.Oxidative polymerization of 2-(1-methylbut2-en-1-yl)aniline.The optoelectronic properties of a new polymer, poly-2-(1‑methylbut-2‑en-1‑yl)aniline with various doping and oxidizing agents are discussed, and the fluorescence and photoconductivity of thin films based on the materials obtained are studied. Much attention is paid to studying absorption and fluorescence spectra and measuring photoconductivity. The photoconductivity of thin films was studied under ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 350 nm. Samples of photoresistors were obtained and characteristics such as photosensitivity and sensitivity were measured.
