A new parameter in polymer - assisted sol - gel deposition of CeO2 thin film

The work is devoted to disclosure of growth mechanism CeO2 film deposited by polymer assisted sol-gel method. This paper introduces the new parameter «shaking of polymer stabilized sol». It has been shown that shaking improves the structure of the film. There is a model describing film growth.
