Abstract

Influence of modes of electropulse treatment on structure, microhardness and mechanical characteristics is investigated at a tension of nanostructure shape memory Ti49,3Ni50,7 alloy, processed by severe electroplastic rolling. The current density and pulse duration influence at which the size of grains in a microstructure of an alloy is kept in nanosize areas are certain, strength characteristics do not decrease, and elongationto failureincreases.
