Abstract

By methods X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction have been investigated the long maturing effect on the
structural phase transformation in the alloy H20N80. After thermomechanical processing was obtained structure with high proportion special grain boundaries. It has been found that the average grain size decrease, changing the grain boundaries misorientation spectrum (Grain boundary character distribution-GBCD), changes in texture test the sample, the phase composition of the alloy to remain. The reasons for this behavior of the alloy be disscused.
