Аннотация

A material with a gradient porous structure was produced by the method of layer-by-layer deposition of the powder mixtures. Permeability of materials with gradient porous structure was increased by 30 – 57 % due to the use of the coarse porous layer.Using powder metallurgy methods by vacuum sintering at a temperature of 1300°C, materials with a porosity of 74 – 76 % were obtained from mixtures of titanium carbide nanopowder and ammonium carbonate of various dispersion. The volume ratio of titanium carbide powders and porogen was 1: 4. It was found that the total porosity of the material increased slightly with increasing particle size of the porogen used. The open porosity, on the contrary, decreased at the same time. A study of the morphology of the porous material structure by electron microscopy showed that the pores throughout the entire volume had windows connecting them with adjacent pores, thus ensuring permeability of the synthesized structures. As the particle size of ammonium carbonate in the initial mixture increased, the permeability increased from 0.7 to 2.4 μm2. Using the method of layer-by-layer application of the above mixtures, a material with a gradient porous structure was obtained. This structure is characterized by the presence of layers sintered together with pores of different sizes, determined by the dispersion of the porogen used. A study of permeability of the materials with gradient porous structure showed its increase by 30 – 57 % due to the use of a coarse porous layer.
