Abstract

 Synthesized solid solutions of (Y1-x-y-zYbyTmzHox)3Al5O12, studied their luminescence characteristics are set depending on the intensity of the Stokes IR luminescence in the range 0.96 - 1.1 microns and 1.62 - 2.04 m, 2.04 - 2.15 m, the concentration of ions, Yb3+, Tm3+, Ho3+ , the excitation laser beam with a wavelength 0.94 microns. The analysis of the obtained relationships and determined the optimal composition of the phosphor (Y1-x-y-zYbyTmzHox)3Al5O12,-binding ensures maximum efficiency of conversion of energy from the near-infrared region at 2100 nm.
