Dear authors,
Journal "Letters on Materials" announces that Issue # 4 of 2017 will be composed completely of papers written in English.
We are pleased to invite the authors from Russia and all other countries to contribute this issue with well-written or quality translated manuscripts in English. Publication of articles submitted in Russian will be postponed to the issues which will be published in 2018.
